Progressing on the artwork/somewhat chaotically - drawing everything at once to nail the designs, then will execute the finals. I’ve got the endpiece/chapter head graphic and the cover icon nailed down…calligraphy for the updates to the map/are not applied yet. Drawings underway for the center piece cut out/and still tinkering with the backdrop choice - frontis piece idea in mind, but not started yet. All this between cleaning up closets, dealing with things that got chucked by the wayside to focus on the deadline - and also: major organzing of the heaps of back-history notes/prep work going on for some satellite shorts/formative ideas and notes and some writing - this is tinkering to keep things ticking through Artwork Summer - I have a lot of illustration to do besides this book!

Now on to the cover paintings/due date July.
